About OralCareProgram
OralCareProgram is a Canadian appointment coordination platform that helps connect patients with participating educational dental hygiene clinics. Our platform facilitates appointment requests, scheduling, communication, and coordination between patients and participating educational clinics.
Dental hygiene services are provided by participating educational institutions under the supervision of qualified dental professionals. To be clear about what we are not:

Acceptance of Terms
By using OralCareProgram, you confirm that you accept and will abide by the following:
You have read these Terms.
You agree to comply with them.
You will use the platform responsibly and lawfully.
You accept future updates after they become effective.
If you are using OralCareProgram on behalf of another person or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.

Eligibility
To use OralCareProgram, you must meet at least one of the following requirements:

You are legally permitted to arrange healthcare coordination services under applicable laws.
By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet these eligibility requirements.

User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. By creating an account, you agree to:
Provide complete and accurate information
Keep your password secure
Update your information when it changes
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
Not create multiple fraudulent accounts
Not impersonate another individual or organization

Purpose of the Platform
OralCareProgram exists solely to facilitate appointment coordination between patients and participating educational dental hygiene clinics. All clinical decisions remain the responsibility of participating clinics and supervising dental professionals.

Appointment Requests
Appointment availability depends on student schedules, educational requirements, clinic capacity, and supervising faculty. Participating educational clinics reserve the right to accept, decline, reschedule, or cancel appointments when necessary.
Submitting a request does not guarantee:
Acceptance by a student or clinic
Appointment availability
Dental treatment
Future appointments
Continuity of care

Student Responsibilities
Students using OralCareProgram agree to act professionally and to use the platform only for legitimate educational purposes:
Maintain accurate availability schedules
Respond to appointment requests promptly
Keep profile information current
Follow the policies of their educational institution
Conduct themselves professionally
Respect patient privacy
Patient information must stay protected
Students must not misuse patient information or attempt to store clinical information within OralCareProgram.

Patient Responsibilities
Patients acknowledge that educational appointments may require multiple visits and that availability may vary. Patients agree to:
Provide accurate contact information
Attend scheduled appointments whenever possible
Cancel as early as possible if unable to attend
Respond to appointment confirmations
Treat students, instructors, and staff respectfully
Use the platform responsibly

No-Show Policy
This policy exists to support efficient scheduling and to respect the time of participating students and educational clinics.
Booking privileges may be temporarily restricted
Patients who repeatedly fail to attend scheduled appointments without appropriate notice may have their booking privileges temporarily restricted.
No financial penalties apply
OralCareProgram does not apply financial penalties for missed appointments.
Restrictions may be reviewed or removed
Restrictions may be reviewed and removed when appropriate.

Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property associated with OralCareProgram remains its exclusive property. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, copy, or exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission. This includes:
Name & Logo
Branding
Website Design
Software & Code
Content & Docs
Platform names, design, software, content, and related materials are protected intellectual property.

Acceptable Use
To keep the platform safe for everyone, users agree not to engage in the following. Violation may result in suspension or termination of your account.
Abuse
Harassment
Fake Accounts
Spam
Hacking
Automated Scraping

Limitation of Liability
OralCareProgram provides appointment coordination services only. Clinical decisions, diagnosis, treatment planning, and patient care remain the responsibility of participating educational clinics and supervising dental professionals.

Clinical outcomes
Treatment results
Accuracy of third-party information
Continuous platform availability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OralCareProgram shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our Services.

Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts where necessary to protect users or the integrity of the platform. Termination may occur without prior notice. Grounds include accounts that:
Violate these Terms
Misuse the platform
Engage in fraudulent activity
Threaten platform security
Harass other users
Abuse appointment scheduling

Changes to the Services
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of OralCareProgram at any time to improve functionality, security, or compliance.
Where appropriate, significant changes will be communicated through the platform or by email.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
Ontario jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
